Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:
Items in stock are shipped in 1-2 businesses days.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for Custom made Chaps, Armitas, and Chinks and 6-8 weeks for custom order B/B Bits and Spurs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after the purchase your item to request a return. A 10% Restocking fee will apply to all returns. Shipping fees are not refundable. All hat sales are final if the hat has been shaped, worn, or altered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at Info@heritagehorsemansupply.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 221 N 15th Street, Billings, MT 59101 

If your return is accepted, You will be sent a Return Authorization Number.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Cost of shipping return is customers responsibility.  We recommend you use a shipping service that has tracking, as we are not responsible for lost shipped items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
No returns on gift cards, custom orders, clearance items, or consignment items.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and if it was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded minus the 10% restocking fee on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
