This set of saddle bags has pouches to carry 2 bottles of medicine, as well as syringes and needles on the near side. It folds down and the bottles are exposed for filling your syringe and it folds up and keeps the bottles upright so there is no leakage. The off side is one single pocket that measures 10"x6"x3".
